The Beaver Section is the youngest section of the Scouting family. Their activities are based around making things, outdoor activities, singing, playing games, going out on visits, investigating nature, listening to stories, learning how to be safe and most importantly, making new friends.
The Cub Section is the second youngest section of the Scouting family. Their activities are based around making things, outdoor activitiies, playing games, going out on trips and visits, camping, and learning about the great outdoors.
The Scout Section is the third section of the Scouting family. Outdoor activities feature prominently, with the highlight being camping. Throughout the year, Scouts learn various skills, such as map reading, camp cooking and first aid in preparation for camp. Rock climbing, caving, archery, shooting, and international experiences are just some of the things they get up to.
Volunteers and Adults. Everyday adventure is possible thanks to our volunteers who support our Scout Group in a wide range of roles from working directly with young people, to helping manage our Group. We help volunteers get the most out of their experiences at out Group by providing opportunities for adventure, training, fun and friendship.
